Here at The Soul School, we recognise that each soul is uniquely shaped by life’s experiences, from conception through various life stages—birth, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and beyond.
We are all are influenced by our history, nutrition, environment, ancestors, genetics, and our relationships with those that we love.
Our body communicates with us when things are out of balance.
Using a combination of kinesiology, energy work and integrative therapy, we listen to what your body is trying to tell you, whether that be through imbalance, ill health, career blockages, spiritual disconnection or family challenges.
We look at physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, financial and spiritual aspects to establish where we may find more balance in life.

Healing Hidden Pain/ Generational Therapy
Throughout our life journey, we inherit both gifts and unresolved pain. This lingering hurt, if unaddressed, can persist across lifetimes and generations, and can stop us from accessing joy and our life purpose. Finding, recognising and healing this deep-seated pain can be challenging, as it may be buried, forgotten, or rooted in experiences beyond our own. It may be held in family secrets, or in utero or pre memory. Using Kinesiology is a really powerful and effective way to access this information, whether it be held in the body, mind or soul.

- The Soul School offers sessions across Cheshire or online, with offices located in Alderley Edge and Nantwich.
- Online sessions are available for those who prefer to receive healing and support from the comfort of their own home.
