"After experiencing a toxic marriage and divorce and raising 4 children on my own from a place of overwhelm and burnout, I was trying to find the 'thing' or 'therapy' that would be most helpful and life changing. I tried the usual talking therapies and this clearly was not what I needed. I have always believed in soul journeys and passed lives and new what I needed was a deeper kind of healing. I was also really struggling to manage all my children's needs aswell as my own. Two of my children are neurodivergent and very challenging, one especially takes the majority of my physical, mental and emotional energy and I never feel like I'm getting anywhere with him no matter how much effort I have done researching natural remedies, talking therapies, diet and nutritional changes, physical adaptations etc. I knew he had a deep trauma and pain that I just wasn't managing to reach to help him. "We were not a happy little family (of 3) when I first met Mischa. Our young son was really struggling to find his place and feel safe in the world.
